In the name of the merciful Creator who gives solace to troubled hearts. Unfavorable weather conditions and heavy snowfall have recently impacted various regions of our beloved homeland, Afghanistan, particularly in the city of Herat and its surroundings.

As we approach the blessed month of Ramadan and the Persian New Year, it is crucial to remember those in need. While we prepare for Ramadan and our meals during Iftar and Suhoor, let's not forget about the empty tables of the less fortunate.

Dear compatriots, the need for assistance for underprivileged families, particularly those residing in deprived areas, becomes more critical in cold weather. Your support, no matter how small it may seem, can make a significant difference in the lives of many disadvantaged individuals, helping them provide meals for their children.

Imam Ali (A.S), the righteous leader, gave special attention to the orphans and the infirm. We must follow the noble path of religious leaders and embrace the orphans who are forgotten in life’s tumult.

Every year, the Imam Jawad (A.S) Charity Organization distributes warm clothes to all the families who are its permanent beneficiaries at the beginning of the cold season. On January 11, 2024, suitable winter clothing, fresh mutton, and flour were distributed to the families in the outskirts of the city.
