History and Activity
Het liefdadigheidskantoor in Nederland is al vele jaren gevestigd in de stad Den Haag. Het bureau staat rechtstreeks in contact met de weldoeners en int hun financiële donaties. Die financiële donaties omvatten aalmoezen, votieven (Nazri), Khums, Zakat al-Fitr, Fidyah en Kaffara (allemaal islamitische belasting- en religieuze donaties, betaalbaar onder bepaalde specifieke voorwaarden). De donaties gaan naar kansarme mensen in verschillende steden in Afghanistan, Mashhad en de stad Qom in Iran. Deze kansarme mensen in Iran zijn Afghaanse immigrantenfamilies. De liefdadigheidsinstelling biedt verschillende diensten, zoals assistenten voor levensonderhoud, zorgtoeslag, financiële hulp voor scholen, donatieprogramma’s voor winterhulp, het ontwikkelen van kleermakersworkshops, bruidsschattoelagen, collectieve huwelijksceremonies en het verstrekken van Iftar aan minder bedeelden. Bij noodsituaties, zoals natuurrampen, helpt de liefdadigheidsinstelling getroffen families en stuurt financiële hulp naar Afghanistan. Een andere activiteit van de liefdadigheidsinstelling in Nederland is de viering van Imam Jawads verjaardag van geboorte en martelaarschap. De viering van deze gelegenheden maakt van deze gelegenheid gebruik om te praten over liefdadigheidsactiviteiten van het goede doel en om meer donateurs te ontmoeten. De manager van het goede doel in Nederland is Haji Abdul rahim Jafaey.
Financial Support of the Female Benefactors in Holland for the Tailoring and Self-Employment Workshop of Underprivileged Women in Afghanistan (Herat)
Job creation and self-sufficiency of the underprivileged families in Afghanistan, and other places where the Imam Jawad (A.S) Charity Organization operates, form a significant part of the mandate of this Organization.
The tailoring workshop of the Imam Jawad (A.S) Charity Organization that was established in 2019 has created job opportunities for many families who earn their living wage by sewing clothes. This workshop with a long history, started working professionally with new training methods, and with the cooperation of devoted Quranic Women in Holland.
The Imam Jawad (A.S) Charity Organization humbly requests all the benefactors living around the world to take an extra step for their compatriots and support these honored sisters who work hard to eliminate their financial problems and become independent.
