Educational Financial Assistantship
Education is one of the most important criterions for developing a society. Considering the importance of education for creating a bright future for people in society, Imam Jawad (AS) Charity Organization takes significant actions in this area. This charity supports unprivileged students to let them study with peace of mind from kindergarten to higher education level. Its support includes scholarships, distribution of stationery, and payment of transportation expenses.
Payment of school fees
Students, who are under the support of the charity and the students who are not registered in this charity but they are eligible of receiving tuition assistance, are enrolled in school of Sepehr-e-Andisheh Scientific-Cultural Complex, which is a sub-brunch of Imam Jawad (AS) Charity Organization. These schools are also known as Resalat Schools. The school tuition fee of these students from kindergarten to higher education levels are paid by Imam Javad (AS) Charity Organization.
Students’ transportation fees
Imam Jawad (AS) Charity Organization pays a monthly transportation fee for disadvantaged students who cannot meet their needs.
Distribution of stationery
Many families under support of the charity are not able to provide necessary stationery for their children. Annually, Imam Jawad (AS) Charity Organization distributes stationery such as bags and other complete packages among students who are registered in the charity.
Latest activities in Educational category
The Charity has provided access to education for needy students and equipped them with the basic requirements for learning. Education is an essential element of community life that has been emphasized repeatedly in Islam. Therefore, Imam Jawad (AS) Charity Organization has provided access to education for underprivileged students in Afghanistan and equipped them with the basic requirements for learning. One of these basic requirements is stationery for the learners. The Charity distributed stationery kits among needy students, this year, as in previous years. These students were permanent beneficiaries of the Charity that received the stationery kits at the beginning of the academic year.
Likewise, the Charity paid 100% of the school fees for all the students who were permanent beneficiaries of the Charity, and 50% of the school fees for some other needy students.
For the second time in a year, the Charity distributed 3500 stationary kits among the needy students of 18 different private and government schools in Herat city on 26th September 2022.
