The construction of a well-equipped hospital in the Bekrabad Area, Herat Province.
Imam Jawad (AS) Charity Organization in Afghanistan started construction of this hospital in 1399 (2020) to meet the local people’s health needs and to respect the land donor’s desire for building a hospital on the land that he has donated. The hospital is under the construction now and its health services will cover the Bekrabad area, the Karte-Sofla and Karte-Alya area, the Gheyzan area, and all places around the Bekrabad area. The building’s exterior has been completed and only the interior and some other equipment are still under construction. The hospital’s area is 1650 square meters and it has three floors that are equipped with modern facilities and equipment.
Here are the hospital floor plan and departments:
• The first floor includes Outpatient Department (OPD), Reception Area, Emergency Department, Laboratory, Sonography, Eco Cardiography, and Medical Dressing and Injection Unit.
• The second floor includes Operating Rooms, a well-equipped Maternity unit, Gynecology & Obstetrics Ward, a Vaccination unit, Children’s Ward, and Sickrooms.
• The third floor includes Hospital Administration, Conference Room, dining hall, and kitchen.
