The limited access to clean water has been a major challenge for the people in Kabul, particularly in underprivileged and low-income areas. Families often have to wait for hours in lines just to meet their water needs.
By the grace of Allah and with the support of the devout benefactors from the Imam Jawad Charity, a water well has been successfully built in the Qala-e-Shahada area, Abul-Fazlil Abbas (A.S.) mosque. This well not only supplies water to the local mosque but also provides clean drinking water to over 400 families.
Due to the lack of electricity in Kabul, our organization’s staff requires your financial support to complete this project and install solar equipment to provide the necessary power for the water pump and ensure a steady water supply for the community.
