The Imam Jawad Charity Organization (IJCO) has consistently placed special emphasis on supporting individuals with disabilities. During the holy month of Ramadan, as well as throughout the year, the organization implements a range of programs dedicated to their care and well-being.

As part of these efforts, the “Children of Heaven” iftar gathering—one of the organization’s annual initiatives— was held this Ramadan, with the participation of beneficiaries from the Pir-e-Herat Charity Foundation and the warm hospitality of IJCO’s staff.
The program began with a warm welcome to the beneficiaries and continued in a friendly and compassionate atmosphere. Fresh, warm iftar meals were served, and every effort was made to provide a calm, safe, and respectful environment. Spending time with the children, engaging in conversation, and sharing in their moments of joy reflected a genuine spirit of care and human connection. Their smiles brought a sense of peace and hope to the gathering.

During the event, the director of the Imam Jawad Charity Organization highlighted the importance of supporting individuals with disabilities as both a social and cultural responsibility. He described these efforts as a continuation of a longstanding humanitarian tradition and reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to sustaining and expanding its services. He also announced that, with the beginning of the new year, the organization’s medical team will visit the center to assess the health conditions of the beneficiaries.

The Imam Jawad Charity Organization extends its sincere gratitude to all benefactors and supporters who have stood alongside us. Without their continued support, these programs would not be possible. We warmly invite those who wish to contribute or collaborate to join us in this meaningful work.
