In our Islamic culture, supporting the less fortunate— especially young couples preparing to start their married life—is a deeply cherished value. For nearly forty years, Imam Jawad Charity has been dedicated to assisting underprivileged families by providing essential household items and sponsoring wedding ceremonies for young couples.
Thanks to the grace of Allah and the generosity of our donors, Imam Jawad Charity provided 23 young couples in Herat with a complete set of 13 essential household items in honor of the birth anniversary of Imam Mahdi (AS). Meanwhile, the charity’s branches in Kabul, Mazar-e-Sharif, and Helmand extended similar support to 55 other couples in need.
The donated household items included a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, electric heater, blanket, porcelain dinnerware set, nonstick cookware, fan, iron, rechargeable lamp, refrigerator voltage stabilizer, and a gas hose with a regulator. This generous contribution provided vital support to underprivileged couples in our community.
