When you see an orphan with a broken heart,
Do not rush to kiss the face of your child.
If the orphan cries for attention and affection,
Or if he gets angry, there is no one to bear his burden.
Orphan care has always been a cherished tradition in our religion, emphasized in various verses and hadiths. It is our conscientious and faith-based duty to ensure that orphans are not neglected, as they too deserve attention, care, and compassion.
In the spirit of this commitment, it is only fitting that we extend our generosity to orphans on special occasions, such as Eids. Just as we prepare new clothes and shoes for our children, we should also remember to do so for the orphans around us. With the blessings of Almighty Allah, on the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr, Hazrate Ayatollah Fayaz’s Office, in collaboration with the Imam Jawad (A.S) Charity Organization, distributed Eid packages to the deserving orphans. These packages included shoes, clothes, cash, and sweets, bringing joy and comfort to those under the care of this Charity.
