One of the prominent concerns faced by the young generation in our society is the exorbitant cost associated with marriage and dowry, including household appliances. In the Holy Quran and the hadiths of the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him), marriage is not only encouraged but also considered a blessing in family life. A potential solution to address these challenges could involve fostering a collective effort among Muslims to actively work towards overcoming these obstacles within our society.
With the grace of the Almighty and in the auspicious occasion of Sha’ban, dowry and complete household appliances were provided to 30 deserving newlyweds in the city of Herat by the Imam Jawad (A.S) Charity Organization.
We hope that this generous gesture will inspire others to support eligible couples, as many young individuals in our community are unable to begin their married life due to the high cost of dowry and household appliances.
May Allah Ta’ala reward the generous benefactors who have taken a step in providing the necessary items and dowry for these honorable couples.
