Every year, Imam Jawad Charity Organization (IJCO) marks Eid al-Ghadir by supporting vulnerable families and individuals in need. This year, with the generous support of donors and benefactors, thousands of families benefited from the organization’s food assistance programs.


In Herat, 3,400 hot meals and 850 food packages were distributed to vulnerable families and underserved communities, helping to meet their essential food needs during this blessed occasion.


In Kabul, the organization also implemented a food assistance program for vulnerable communities. As part of this effort, 2,000 hot meals were distributed to families supported by the organization, while an additional 13,000 hot meals were provided to other vulnerable individuals. Sweet packages were also distributed to mark the occasion.

In Mashhad, 1,900 hot meals, together with food packages, were distributed to families in need.
These activities are part of IJCO’s ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting the values of compassion, solidarity, and charitable giving. With the grace of Almighty Allah and the continued support of generous donors, the organization remains dedicated to serving those in need throughout the year.
